1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2.Mix flour, baking soda and salt in medium sized bowl.
3.In large bowl beat butter, and sugars.
Beat in egg.
4.Gradually beat in flour mixture.
5.Add 1 cup of white chocolate chips to each dough. (or as much as desired.)
6.Scoop rounded tsp of dough and roll into balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets about 2in. apart
7.Bake for 8-9 minutes or until puffed up.
8.Let cool and enjoy!
